A player reported needing to defeat Queen of Cards twice while working on the Pet Pals book quest. By design she should only need to be beaten once per region to grant that region's Pet Pals volume — we're investigating whether this is a bug or a communication gap. Note: only 2 of the planned 6 Pet Pals volumes are implemented so far, so the book can't be fully completed yet regardless.
