Refine Menu + Plus Rule

Hi, I see bug in Windows version 1.3.0.4.
My brother play the game on Browser directly and it unlock the refine menu.
When i launch the game, i see the refine menu is lock.
So i did some research and here is what i did :
- Back to Balamb Garden and did all the tutorial (with Skipping Tutorial).
All the tutorial was completed before this research.
Like you see in the image, i did all the tutorial.
- In order, i go back to all cities available (Balamb and Dollet). I did one battle for each cities.
When I go to Galbadia Garden, i received the rules Plus and i go back to Balamb Garden.
Like you see in the other image, the rule Plus is not complete, so i completed and when i go back to Galbadia Garden, the text "You received Rules Plus" appeared and the tutorial status change to complete to not complete.
Like i said before, my brother play on Browser version and it unlock the Quetzalcoatl GF card and unlock the refine menu.
Do you have a solution to correct it or did i do something wrong ?

Hi there! Couple of things I notice here:
- Plus rule resetting to “unlocked” after being completed - this is a known issue that has been fixed now, so will be part of the next release.
- 2 tutorials are still hidden for you - these should unlock at the start of the game. So the only thing I can think is that you’ve had an older version that’s been upgraded but it didn’t unlock those 2 rules. I’ll have a look at that one and see if I can patch in the next release.
- Refine not being unlocked - was it ever? The steps for this should be to complete Timber, then you get recalled to Balamb Garden. Revisit BG and Quistis gifts you Quezacotl and unlocks refinement. Do you recall if you quit the game after beating Rinoa in Timber before the game took you back to the region?
- There are still banners at the top of the screen - what device are you playing on? Do you know what the resolution is?

- great i'm waiting the next release.
- i download the last version 1.3.0.4 on Windows Pc when i saw the issues.
- since i started the game, i never unlock it. But i remember that i complete the 2 first tutorial.
No i don't remembered for Rinoa, i complete all this part with the 1.1.0 version and then pass directly to the 1.3.0.4 version.
- Sorry my english is not so good, what you mean by banners ? I'm playing on PC windows using Standalone Windows.exe.
I don't know the resolution but it's not on full screen.

Steve-Elvis Renaud haha I thought you had blue banners at the top of the screen - ie that the background image was clipped off. Turns out it’s the window title bar and I just didn’t look properly! 😂
As for the other bits, I’ve got a good idea of the issue and solution so will get those boxed off as part of the next release (v1.4.0)
